Wallace P. McGeorge, Jr. formed GMQ with H. Tyndall Dickinson, who served as our President from 1964 until 1995.

Plant #1 opened.

1969

Plant #1 acquired Main Line Union Pacific Rail Access.

1971

Major expansion of Plant #1.

1975

Opened Plant #2
(which mainly serves
Little Rock now).

1981

We continue to grow and focus on safety.

1992

Haskell Lee Dickinson II begins serving as President (1992 to 2020).

1998

Acquired Cranford Construction Company.

2001

Opened Plant #3 in Bryant.

2005

Acquired Crystal Hill Quarries in Maumelle.

2010

Acquired 110 rail cars for shipping unit trains via rail.

Thomas Dickinson begins serving as President
